Sales Manager / Sales Executive
Job Duties:
- To be responsible for achieving sales target
- To take ownership of your project pipelines
- To build and maintain long term relationship with customers
- To provide sales and after-sales services in order to exceed customer satisfaction level
- To conduct sales activities including prospecting and cold-calls
- To prepare quotations, sales reports and all relevant documents for achieving sales leads
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- 3-5 years sales experience; applicant with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
- Sales experience in Audio-Visual or IT solutions preferable
- Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Sales Manager / Sales Executive – EV Charging System
Job Duties:
- Selling Electric Vehicle Charging System and related products
- Provide customer service in a professional manner, advising and assisting customers with their choices of products
- Identifying customers’ needs and build up long term relationship
Requirements:
- Tertiary education or above
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in EV Charging System market
- Confident, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
Project Manager (ELV / Building Service / Audio Visual System)
Job Duties:
- Monitor and control the project scheduling, manpower, resource and budget allocation.
- Communicate with subordinates, senior management, clients and project stakeholders to ensure information flow and tasks are being attended.
- Attend and conduct meetings to keep all relevant parties update with the project progress.
- Manage contracts and performance of all sub-contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Mentors team members in project management, processes, tools and techniques.
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in IT or AV or relevant disciplines with at least 5 years’ project management experience.
- Experienced in Audio Visual’s industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of project management experience in ELV / Building Service / AV / IT industry.
- PMP, MHKIE, Chartered Engineer, RPE are an advantage
- “Green Card” holder.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Leadership skills, able to supervise subordinates to perform and motivate them to be their best.
Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
Job Duties:
- Site measurement and payment application.
- Compile report including, daily report, survey report, progress reports etc.
- Material and equipment measurement and order preparation.
- Coordination work with subcontractors, consultants, clients etc.
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ relevant site experience in main-contractor or sub-contractor.
- “Green Card” holder.
- Good at contract administration and excellent in quantity surveying skills.
- With accounting experience will be advantage
- Good team player with presentation and analytical skills, sound judgement and attention to details.
- Willing to learn and work under pressure.
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Willingness to commute between office and work sites.

Project Engineer (ELV / Building Service / Audio Visual System)
Job Duties:
- Responsibilities on project installation design and related document submission.
- Monitoring and report the project work progress.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Building services / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Experience in ELV, CCTV, Communication and Networking projects.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer.
- “Green Card” holder
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Immediate available is preferred.
Administrative Assistant (with Receptionist duties)
Job Duties:
- Handling HR admin. duties, including but not limited to attendance management, leave record and payroll.
- Provide general office administrative & clerical support to administration & HR department.
- Perform general Receptionist duties including greeting visitors, answering calls and organizing room booking.
- Assist in relocation and renovation projects.
- Liaise with agencies and brokers for company insurances.
- Manage renewal of company certificates and licenses.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 years or above solid experience in administration field, experience in HR admin. will be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and good team player
- Detail-minded, well-organized and good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua

Project Assistant / Coordinator (Kwun Tong / To Kwa Wan)
Job Duties:
- Provide project related clerical and administrative support to the team, include but not limited to maintain daily attendance record, schedule and documentation submission.
- Organize and attend weekly meeting and prepare meeting agenda and minutes.
- Assist Project Manager for sub-contractor cooperation and coordination.
- Manage project related documents, include but not limited to contracts, drawings, work schedules and project file.
- Manage and record team tools and products.
- Perform as department’s secretary to coordinate with internal and external parties.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties when required.
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in Building services / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.
- Experience in ELV, CCTV, Communication and Networking projects.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer.
